• No makeup for 8 hours.
• No alcohol for 24 hours.
• Avoid sun, tanning beds and saunas for 24 hours.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• Mild bruising and swelling can occur — it settles within a week.
• The full change shows after 10–14 days.
